Sales Application Engineer

Job Description: Assist Sales reps inassessing potential ability to meet customer's needs andrequirementProvide technical supports andinformation (not limited to training) to customer's salesrepresentatives and customersPrepare quotationand cost analysis as well as negotiating and closing sales withmutual terms and conditionsReview drawings,analyse design, and retrieve information to complete the drawings,layout, and/or designRelease projects toProduction planner and factory representative for manufacturingprocessManage contractual modifications duringprojects to ensure projectprofitabilityProcess change order request madewithout negative or serious impacts towards production and shipmentscheduleIdentify business opportunities andestablish while maintaining long term business relationship withexisting and potential customerTo secure newprojects and follow through on current projects in order to meetsales targetProvide customers feedback andinformation to factory for product development and continuousservice improvementRecord and maintaincustomer dataAd-hoc assignment from superiorfrom time to time JobRequirement: Candidatemust possess at least Professional certificates / Diploma /Advanced / Higher / Degree inEngineering studies /Heating, Ventilation & Air-Conditioning(HVAC) studiesFresh graduatesare welcome to applyCandidate with minimum twoto three (2-3) years of HVAC working environment is anadvantageFamiliar with technical key point andsolutions for air-conditioningproducts is an advantageMustpossess good communication and personal skills, team work,leadership, and problem-solvingskillsExperience in doing sales,experience in software selection for airsideproductsAbility to work underpressure, multi-tasking effectively and manage priorities in fastpaced environmentMulti-lingual skills inspeaking or writing in Bahasa,Chinese, andEnglishComputer proficiency: Microsoft Office,Microsoft Outlook, AutoCADModerate travellingis required
