Sales Assistant Clerk (Female)

Key Responsibilities: Assist the sales team with customer inquiries, order processing, and sales documentation.
Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and inventory logs.
Prepare sales reports and assist in analyzing sales data.
Handle customer follow-ups and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Support the sales team in coordinating promotional activities and sales events.
Process sales transactions and handle billing and invoicing tasks.
Provide administrative support, including filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth sales operations.
Requirements: Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
Previous experience in sales support or administrative roles is an advantage.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
Positive attitude, customer-focused, and eager to learn.
