Sales Assistant Clerk (Female)

KeyResponsibilities: Assist the sales team with customer inquiries,order processing, and salesdocumentation.Maintain and update customerdatabases, sales records, and inventorylogs.Prepare sales reports and assist inanalyzing sales data.Handle customerfollow-ups and ensure a high level of customersatisfaction.Support the sales team incoordinating promotional activities and salesevents.Process sales transactions and handlebilling and invoicing tasks.Provideadministrative support, including filing, data entry, and managingcorrespondence.Collaborate with otherdepartments to ensure smooth salesoperations.Requirements: Minimum SPM qualification orequivalent.Previous experience in salessupport or administrative roles is anadvantage.Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.Proficiency in MicrosoftOffice (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills.Abilityto work independently and as part of ateam.Attention to detail and accuracy inwork.Positive attitude, customer-focused, andeager to learn.For inquiries, please contactMs. Cindy at ******** or Ms. Wong at******** .
