Sales Assistant - Daiso (Klang Valley area)We are looking for a Sales Assistant to join our team at Daiso in the Klang Valley area.
The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in the retail sector and possess good communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
ResponsibilitiesManage and understand customer needs and questions effectively.
Provide excellent service and utilize mechanisms to promote products.
Prepare the sales/promotional area according to the layout, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
Prepare and provide merchandise to customers.
Process returns of defective goods to the supplier.
Assist in monthly stock-taking at counters.
Attend training sessions as necessary.
RequirementsAble to work shifts, overtime, and on weekends and public holidays.
Cheerful demeanor and professionalism in customer interactions.
Smartly dressed and articulate in communication.
