Sales Assistant

Enter, process and track customer orders, shipment arrangements, and account receivable verification.
Maintain contact with customers, reply to emails, and confirm delivery dates.
Provide shipping documents, assist business personnel in controlling shipments, and handle import and export matters.
Assist business personnel in handling business-related internal administrative operations of the company.
Produce business reports.
Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Candidate RequirementsMust have full working rights for Malaysia with a deep understanding of Chinese cultures and people.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly, helpful, confident, and engaging personality.
Basic administration skills.
Willing to go to Taiwan for training.
Able to understand and communicate in Mandarin.
