Sales Assistant

Responsibilities ??: Enter, process and track customer orders, shipment arrangements and account receivable verification Maintain contact with customers, reply to email and confirm delivery dates.
Provide shipping documents, assist business personnel in controlling shipments, and handle import and export matters.
Assist business personnel to handle business-related internal administrative operations of the company.
Business report production.
Other matters assigned by the supervisor.
