Assist in lead generation and prospecting activities by conducting market research, identifying potential clients, and scheduling appointments.
Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and delivery coordination, ensuring a smooth and seamless purchasing process.
Build strong customer relationships and maintain regular communication to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products.
Collaborate closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of sales activities.
