Sales Assistant

Job ResponsibilitiesAssisting customers to recommend and select suitable frames and lenses;
Promoting and selling products of the Branch efficiently and effectively;
Conducting eye examinations for customers;
Edging lenses and fitting lenses to frames;
Assisting branch manager to oversee day-to-day operation & implement in-store policies;
Assisting branch manager to achieve monthly target;
Providing advice on products;
Ensuring sufficient stocks and undertake weekly stock count;
Ensuring high quality customer service and maintain good relationship with customers;
Contributing towards the Branch's sales achievement & sales growth;
Performing spectacles maintenance and adjustments for customers;
Performing daily routines such as stock check, shop cleaning and arranging products;
Assist with ad-hoc tasks and other office duties when required;
