Sales Assistant

-Support the Sales department by gathering inquiry information and following up with customers.


-Assist in responding to online inquiries.


-Work with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain high customer service standards.


-Handle customer complaints in a professional manner and escalate issues to management when required.


-Participate in marketing efforts by promoting current promotions and new products.


-Stay informed about product features and company policies to maintain product knowledge.

-Candidate must possess at least a SPM/STPM

-Previous admin or sales experience is preferred but not required.
