Sales Assistant

- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including processing orders, maintaining customer records





- Handle customer inquiries, providing product information and support to ensure a high-quality customer experience





- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely order processing and delivery.





- Prepare sales reports, monitor sales trends, and maintain data accuracy in the CRM system.





- Support the team in achieving sales targets by assisting in lead generation, follow-ups, and managing customer databases.





- Help organize and participate in promotional activities and events, representing the company as a brand ambassador.





- Maintain a thorough understanding of our products/services to provide accurate information to clients and address any concerns effectively.

; Requirements:-


- SPM or Diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.





- Proven experience in a sales, admin, or customer service role is preferred.





- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to build rapport quickly.





- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.





- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.





- Positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn and grow within the company.





-Fluent in English and Malay; proficiency in Mandarin is required to effectively communicate with our China team
