• Assist customer enquiry (walk-in/ phone/ email) politely and promptly
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Track sales data to meet sales team goals
• Collaborate sales effort with team members across different sections
• Monitor & coordinate job progress and ensure completeness of delivery
• Prepare sales related documents (Quotation/ Cash Bill/ DO & etc) as required
