Sales Assistant

Responsibilities:
Responsible for the day-to-day business in the store and ensure that daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets are achieved.
Perform tasks in accordance with company requirements.
Demonstrate sales leadership by playing an active role on the sales floor.
Advise and inform customers on the usage of company products.
Establish customers' requirements using questioning techniques and listening skills.
Make good recommendations of company products to customers.
Advise customers on maintenance and care of company products (Leather care).
Recommend products based on customers' requirements.
Recommend complementary and peripheral products (Shoe-care, leather goods, etc.).
Ensure the team provides an excellent customer service experience.
Increase the overall service level and performance of the store.
Attend to customers with types of after-sales services.
Ensure appropriate stock inventory management.
Close sales to customers' satisfaction.
Participate in inventory feedback to the Merchandising team.
Handle customer feedback, returns, and after-sales service.
Requirements:
Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
