Responsibilities:
Perform and maintain stock replenishment to ensure a fully stocked store
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
Able to ascertain customers' wants and needs
Keep up to date with product information
Accurately describe product features and benefits
Actively involved in the receiving of new shipments
Follow all company policies and procedures

As a Promoter, you will be responsible for showcasing and promoting our latest Malay traditional attire collection to customers, ensuring they have an exceptional shopping experience.
What you'll be doing:
Actively engage with customers, providing friendly and knowledgeable assistance to help them find the perfect Malay traditional outfit
Demonstrate and promote the features and benefits of our Malay traditional clothing range
Ensure the store is well-presented and merchandise is displayed attractively to drive sales
Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries, returns, and exchanges efficiently
Collaborate with the team to achieve store targets and contribute to the overall success of the business
What we're looking for:
Previous experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in the fashion industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers of all backgrounds
Excellent product knowledge and a keen eye for fashion trends
Enthusiastic, friendly, and customer-focused attitude
Ability to work flexible part-time hours, including weekends and public holidays
