Sales Assistant

JobResponsibilities: Greet and assist walk-in customers, providingproduct information andrecommendations.Understand customer needs andguide them in making purchasingdecisions.Handle customer inquiries, concerns,and provide post-sales support.Operate theautocount system to process sales transactionsaccurately.Generate and maintain sales recordsusing the autocount system.Collaborate withthe sales team to achieve sales targets.Keepthe sales area organized and visuallyappealing.Update product displays andpromotional materials.Stay updated on productknowledge and features.Maintain a positive andprofessional attitude towardscustomers.Generate sales invoices using theautocount system. JobRequirements: Previousexperience in retail sales coordinationpreferred.Strong customer service andcommunication skills.Ability to understandcustomer preferences and offer appropriatesolutions.Proficiency in using the autocountsystem or similar salessoftware.Results-oriented with a passion forachieving sales goals.Detail-oriented and ableto handle sales transactionsaccurately.Ability to work well in a team andindividually.Basic computer skills includingMicrosoft Office.Proficiency in English,Bahasa Malaysia, and additional languages is aplus.
