JD – Sales Assistant
Responsibilities:
• Promote consumers electronic products to customer by explaining the product features that fit to customer’s need in order to close deal.
• Propose relevant solutions to customers by understanding customer concern in order to provide best quality of customer services.
• Be presentable and patient during and after sales service in order to build relationship with customers.
• Achieve personal sales target within probation period set by Team Manager.
• Responsible to ensure the cleanliness of showrooms in all aspects including rack, stocks, floor, rest room and so on in order to maintain showroom’s ambiance.
• Assists for stocks arrangement and storage in daily basis in order to maintain cleanliness of outlet’s store room.
• Picks up product knowledge and market trend by understanding the product features and market needs in order hit higher sales achievement.
• Understands the latest promotion and campaign announced by headquarters and communicate the right information and details with customers.
• Greets customers politely in order to build rapport and increase the customer satisfaction level.

Requirement:
• Minimum SPM level.
• Able to work 6 days per week.
