JOB PURPOSE
The Sales Associate – Contract is responsible for supporting the boutique team in customer experience, creating sales opportunities and delivering extraordinary service that surpasses client expectations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain uncompromising standards of boutique presentation and ensure merchandise is properly maintained and secured at all times.
Ensure exceptional levels of customer service and after-sales experience.
Build sustainable relationships with new and existing clientele to maximize sales opportunities and promote brand loyalty.
Assist fellow Boutique Ambassadors in every aspect of the sales process.
Promote a culture of service excellence within the boutique.
Create unique, memorable and awe-inspiring experiences for customers to keep them engaged with the brand.
Ensure inventory is properly maintained, secured and accounted for via regular stock-takes and product maintenance.
Assist in organizing and implementing regular, in-store marketing activations.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 1 year experience working in a luxury environment.
Creative, entrepreneurial mindset with a positive outlook.
Exceptional interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
