Sales Associate

Job ResponsibilityPartner Acquisition: Identify and onboard retail stores to join as Buyer Self-Collection Points for a major e-commerce platform.
Sales Engagement: Execute targeted pitches to retail stores in assigned locations or eligible stores within a 250m radius.
End-to-End Process Management: Oversee all aspects from lead generation to contract signing, delivery of marketing materials (POSM), onboarding, and training of new partners.
Job RequirementsEducation: SPM certificate or higher.
Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English (Mandarin is an advantage).
Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
A self-motivated and target-driven attitude.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data management.
Knowledge of logistics (especially last-mile operations) is a plus.
Outgoing personality with strong sales and pitching confidence.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM.
Contract Duration: 6 months.
Job BenefitsBasic Salary: RM2500.
Language Allowance: RM500 (for Mandarin speakers in required areas).
Performance Incentives: Up to RM200 + Tiered Lead Incentive (Up to RM125 per collection point, RM150 for rural areas).
