Job Requirements: This position is open to fresh graduates. Proficient in business language (Bahasa Malaysia & English). Proactive and detail oriented. Job Responsibilities:
Efficiently manage the sales mailbox, responding to inquiries and forwarding relevant information to the appropriate departments.
Daily Website Maintenance: Conduct daily checks for any issues on the company website.
Collaborate with the IT team to address and resolve identified issues promptly.
IT Support: Proactively raise and manage IT tickets to address technical concerns.
Report all IT issues in systems such as D365, APC, and Inside for comprehensive tracking and resolution.
Verify the functionality of phone numbers and chat buttons, addressing any issues that may arise.
Proactive Chat Messaging Management: Actively manage proactive chat messaging to ensure it is always updated and does not conflict with existing events.
Utilize tools such as Quantum Metrics and Adobe Insights for optimal chat messaging e ectiveness.
Workforce Management: Ensure no schedule overlaps for Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs).
Log sickness and annual leave in the schedule, collaborating with HR and Operations teams.
Sales Mailbox Management: Efficiently manage the sales mailbox, responding to inquiries and forwarding relevant information to the appropriate departments.
ISR Backup: Act as a backup for Inside Sales Representatives, handling chat and inbound responsibilities when required.
Domain Collecting System: Ensure the Domain Collecting System is updated based on ISR requests.
Add all edu email addresses to the database, as per ISR requirements.
Ad Hoc Tasks: Undertake ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Operations team.
Provide support for unforeseen projects and initiatives as needed.
