Job DescriptionAn IKEA co-worker's main task is to maximise sales and profitability in his/her area of responsibility using knowledge of the IKEA product range, local market conditions and the needs of customers.
Convey passion about IKEA products and actively learn about their features and benefits, and share this knowledge with customers and colleagues.
Actively offer all the services available in the store to help customers make informed choices, resulting in a better shopping experience for them.
