KEY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILTIES:- Deliver an exceptional customer experience by welcoming each customer and promoting the brand- Develop and maintain good product knowledge and recommend product features and benefits to meet customers' needs and wants- Meet store and personal sales targets and KPIs by providing an exceptional level of service and experience to all customers in-store- Help maintain the shop image through regular housekeeping, ensuring products are priced correctly, assist with visual merchandising, stock management and replenishment- To ensure that all procedures and policies are understood and that all work is carried out in accordance with those standards- Ensure outlet appearance is clean, presentable and all merchandise display is up to Visual Merchandising guidelines and standards- Follow the working shift schedule as planned earlier- Accountable in cash and inventory handling not limit to float, cashiering and inventory- Perform stock take activity for stores and responsible for stock loss occurred in store- Assist team with any other projects on an as needed basis- Perform any ad-hoc action assigned by the ManagementJOB REQUIREMENTS:- Must be at least 18 years of age- Fresh graduate is welcomed to apply- Converse well in English and Bahasa Malaysia- Passionate, dynamic and highly motivated individuals who are willing to take initiative and eager to learn- Positive attitude and able to work in a fast pace working environment- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels- Enjoy talking to people and be at ease approaching customers and demonstrating our products- Able to work in shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays- A strong team player and able to work in fast-paced environment**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time**Salary**: Up to RM1,800.00 per monthSchedule:- Rotational shift
