Role Overview:The Sales Associate Support Protege is a vital member of our sales operations team, providing critical support to Sales Managers and Account Managers, particularly within the Government & GLC sectors. This role is focused on managing and resolving various sales operational matters, ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Operational Support:
Assist Sales Managers and Account Managers in addressing and resolving sales-related operational issues.
Issue Management:
Manage and resolve termination and waiver issues, ensuring that all necessary documentation and approvals are processed accurately.
Address and resolve billing issues, including discrepancies and adjustments, to maintain accurate and timely invoicing.
Handle and resolve disputes effectively, collaborating with involved parties to reach satisfactory resolutions.
Communication and Coordination:
Act as a liaison between sales teams and other departments to facilitate smooth communication and expedite issue resolution.
Provide timely updates and reports to Sales Managers and Account Managers regarding the status of ongoing issues.
Key Result Areas (KRA):
Timely Resolution:
Achieve resolution of termination, waiver, billing, and dispute issues within the stipulated timeline of 5 days.
Monitor and track the status of issues to ensure compliance with resolution timelines and escalate as necessary to prevent delays.
Required Skills/Experience:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Proven experience in sales support or a related administrative role.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex issues.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., CRM systems, billing software).
Competencies:
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical skills to identify and address issues promptly.
