We are seeking a motivated and independentSales cum General Workerto join our team.
As a Sales cum General Worker, you will play a key role in supporting both the sales team and day-to-day operations of the business.
You will assist with property sales and client interactions, while also performing general administrative, maintenance, and operational tasks around the office or properties.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients with property inquiries, conduct property viewings, and help with the sales process.
Respond to phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries from prospective buyers and renters.
Help clients understand market trends and guide them through the buying, selling, or renting process.
Assist in organizing meetings and follow-ups to ensure smooth transaction closure.
Ensure all necessary documentation (contracts, forms) is completed accurately.
General Worker Responsibilities:
Assist with minor repairs, setting up displays, and maintaining property signage at listed homes or commercial properties.
Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage calendar for property viewings and meetings.
Help with the transportation of materials, equipment, or signage as necessary.
Perform any other tasks related to the smooth operation of the business as directed by management.
Qualifications:
Diploma or degree in Business Administration or related field.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Previous sales or customer service experience; general labor or operational tasks experience is an advantage.
Strong communication, customer service, organizational, and basic technical skills.
Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently and in a team environment.
