(J-JJPM-24-0000006)Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
ResponsibilitiesIdentify new sales opportunities and new accounts in funneling long term sales growth.
Prepare monthly sales reports, i.e., monthly sales meeting, quarterly KA report, competitor analysis, low margin analysis.
Identify local competitors' activities and provide market insights with recommendations to Sales/Company manager to create strategic plans.
Manage customer relationships with alliance partners to ensure the sustainability of IPD and trading business.
Conduct stock management jointly with CS and warehouse department to minimize obsolete stocks and maximize deliveries.
Organize, plan, and manage the sales activities and promotion of the company's product portfolio in the assigned sales area.
Attend to sales inquiries, meet prospects to discuss requirements, expectations, offer solutions/technical advice, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals. This includes having in-depth knowledge of customer product lines to advise on product design, material selection, testing, and any other technical assistance.
Prepare costing and quotations for approval and submit to customers within agreed time frames. Prepare and review sales contracts (if any) and get approval from management.
Oversee the fulfillment of the initial order and ensure a smooth process of new project development, sample approval, and customer satisfaction.
Manage customer escalations and collaborate with relevant departments for remedial actions, ensuring that follow-up actions meet customer satisfaction.
Monitor and review with Finance/Credit Controller & CS on all collections and payment matters to minimize the risk of potential bad debts and improve cash flow.
Provide all relevant information in SAP on all commercial details both internally & externally, i.e., price, MOQ/MDQ, payment terms, etc., to finance for creating new accounts/products.
Any other roles and responsibilities assigned by the Sales Manager.

Required QualificationsDegree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or any related field.
At least 3 years of working experience; however, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Good analytical skills.
