Performing the role as Sales & Business Development (BD), Executive for JJPM-NILAI Sales department with primary responsibilities as follows: -
Sales/Key Account Management (KAM) Identify new sales opportunities and new accounts in funneling long term sales growth.Prepare monthly sales reports, i.e., monthly sales meeting, quarterly KA report, competitor analysis, low margin analysis.Identify local competitors' activities and provide market insights with recommendation to Sales/Company manager in order to create strategic plan.Managing customer relationship with alliance partners in ensuring the sustainability of IPD and trading business.Conduct stock management jointly with CS and warehouse department in minimizing obsolete stocks and maximizing deliveries.Organize, plan and manage the sales activities and promotion of the company's product portfolio in the assigned sales area. Attend to sales enquiries, meet prospect to discuss requirements, expectations, offer solution/technical advice, negotiate commercial terms and close deal. This includes having depth knowledge of customer product line in order to advice on product design, material selection, testing and any other technical assistance.Prepare costing and quotation for approval and submit to customer within agreed time frame. Prepare, review sales contract (if any) and get approval from management.Oversee fulfillment of the initial order and ensure smooth process of new project development, sample approval and customers' satisfaction.Manage customers' escalation and collaborate with relevant department(s) for remedial actions and ensure that follow up action is to customer's satisfaction.Monitor and review with Finance/Credit Controller & CS on all collections and payment matters to minimize risk of potential bad debts to improve cash flow. Provide all relevant information in the SAP on all commercial details both internally & externally i.e. price, MOQ/MDQ, payment terms etc. to finance for creating new account/product.Any other roles and responsibilities assigned by Sales Manager.Business Development (BD) Develop comprehensive business plans and identify new business opportunities and prospects.Collaborate on creative development, establish costing metrics, and coordinate with necessary suppliers.Lead negotiations and close deals for new business, ensuring alignment with company goals.Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as their main point of contact.Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay competitive and relevant.Identify opportunities to expand services with existing clients. Job Requirement: Degree in Marketing, Business, Economic or any related fields.At least 3 years of working experience, however, Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
