About the roleAs a Sales Co-Ordinator Cum Customer Service, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's sales efforts and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
This full-time position is based in Johor Bahru, Johor.
What you'll be doing
Liaising with customers to process orders, handle queries, and provide after-sales support
Coordinating with the sales team to ensure timely delivery of products and services
Maintaining accurate records of customer information and sales data
Assisting with the preparation of sales reports and presentations
Identifying opportunities for improving customer satisfaction and sales processes
Providing administrative support to the sales department as needed
What we're looking for
1-2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the plastics industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with customers and colleagues
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
