As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Consultant / Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team.
Role Overview:
As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting our state-of-the-art LED display solutions.
This role is perfect for a motivated individual with a passion for technology and a proven track record in sales or business development.
Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Understand client needs and recommend tailored LED display solutions.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to develop effective sales strategies.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote our products.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sales Consultant or BDM in the LED display, AV technology, or related industry.
Strong understanding of LED display products and their applications (experience in the industry is a plus).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend events.
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
