ResponsibilitiesExpand the Commercial and Retail business in Sarawak;
Enhance and sustain the commercial Business by reaching out to End User accounts (Commercial & Retail);
Collaborate with the internal team for tender submissions and competitive account expansion;
Provide technology updates to government and commercial sectors, showcasing our latest products and services;
Advocate genuine consumables to end users and educate on distinguishing between genuine and compatible consumables;
Supervise sales activities of partners to drive revenue;
Work with partners to develop and implement business plans to achieve sales targets;
Analyze market trends and devise sales strategies to boost brand recognition;
Negotiate sales contracts and maintain effective communication with customers;
Demonstrate initiative and capability to work autonomously.
Job RequirementsMinimum qualification of a Diploma in Computer Science/IT is preferred;
2-5 years of relevant sales experience;
Proven track record in achieving sales goals;
Familiarity with IT peripherals is necessary;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint;
Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia;
Fluency in Mandarin is a plus to engage with Mandarin-speaking clients;
Willingness to travel and work weekends for road shows as needed;
Valid driving license and personal transportation are mandatory.
