Sales Consultant/Executive

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic individual to join us. This position entails providing exceptional customer service, driving sales in our upscale jewellry boutique and showcase the exquisite collection of luxury jewellry with enthusiasm and expertise, highlighting unique features and craftsmanship. The ideal candidate possesses a deep appreciation for luxury jewellry, possesses excellent communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Sales:
- Use effective sales strategies to exceed individual and boutique sales targets and provide accurate product information and highlight unique selling points to customers.
Customer Service:
- Follow customer service guidelines during interactions.
- Maintain regular contact with potential customers, offer after-sales service, and build a strong customer network.
- Handle inquiries, collect feedback, and report to supervisors.
- Maintain a professional and polite demeanor, offer assistance, and focus on customer needs.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Products Handling:
- Build product knowledge, display products, and manage inventory.
- Strong ability to assess customer needs and preferences to the products. 
- Understanding and application of techniques and principles aimed at efficiently managing, storing, transporting, and distributing products. 
-Maintain boutique cleanliness and proper product displays.
Operation:
- Follow standard operating procedures for efficiency.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and documentation.
- Manage stock in and out records, sales transactions, daily balances, and inventory counts.
- Stay updated on company information and comply with security guidelines.
- Assist with cash register and POS system operations (if applicable).
Teamwork:
- Support colleagues, promote cooperation, and communicate effectively within the team.
- Acts of kindness and assistance contribute to a positive team culture. 
- Participate in briefings and provide feedback to improve boutique operations efficiency.

Requirements: -
- 1 to 3 Years in retail / luxury retail / fashion brand or any sales related background
- Pleasant and good grooming skills
- Teamwork in spirit and proactive attitude
- Motivated & Sales Driven
- Good communication & Interpersonal skills
- Good customer service & selling skills
- Can read & speak in Chinese ( Cantonese languages would be a plus )
- Self Starter , vibrant , positive energy


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
