About the roleWe are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Consultant to join our team at FWD Takaful in Kuala Lumpur. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for proactively engaging with customers, understanding their financial needs, and providing tailored solutions to help them achieve their goals. What you'll be doing
Engaging with customers to understand their financial needs and objectives
Providing expert advice and guidance on a range of Takaful products and services
Market and Client ready for all sales driven for you to close them
Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction
Staying up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and FWD Takaful's product offerings
Collaborating with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the team's success
What we're looking for
Strong sales and customer service experience, preferably in the financial services or Takaful industry
Minimum 2 years sales experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers
Analytical and problem-solving skills to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions
A self-motivated and results-driven attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
A valid Malaysian sales agent license or the ability to obtain one
