Sales Consultant

Details of the offer

To develop, plan, review and implement online and offline marketing strategies (include setting up selling pricing, promotional package, identify product selling points, promotions, advertisement, social media, sales campaign) for existing & newly launch projects.
To plan, organise and coordinate major sales launches, exhibitions and marketing activities / events in local and oversea market.
To prepare and submit Feasibility Study for new project to senior management for approval.
To plan and liaise with consultants and project team on the new projects development inclusive vetting through all proposed plans and drawings.
To plan and liaise with interior designer on the new show house and/or sales gallery inclusive vetting through all proposed plans and drawings.
To liaise with panel lawyers on drafting and preparation of new agreement (SPA / DMC / Supplementary) for new project.
To liaise with advertising agents / supplier on preparation of all marketing materials eg: brochure, flyers, press ads, social media ads (Facebook, Google Ad, GDN banner, YouTube, Instagram, WeChat, Twitter etc), banner, streamer, billboards, model house etc.
To review and update the website/social media platform on a timely basis.
To liaise with magazine or press or media (include social media) for placement of ads.
To liaise with interior designer, contractor/supplier and technical personnel on the show house / mock up units and/or sales gallery on the defects rectification works (if any).
To manage and monitor the cost of promotional activities against budget in order to achieve the planned budget and maximize marketing returns & sales.
To ensure market research / study on property market trend, customer survey (include purchasers' profile) is conducted on a timely basis and updates the management accordingly.
To manage the customer database including monitor, upkeep and manage all the registrations and leads generated from social media, website, roadshows etc.
To ensure all statutory and authority requirements are met, ie submission or renewal of AP/DL, Bumi Release Application, Borang 7F, Napic & LHDN report etc.
To meet the expected sales target for the year.
Other duties as assigned from time to time.
Requirements Preferably 1 year of working experience in property related industry.
Fresh graduate encourage to apply.  Must possess own transport, willing to work during weekends when required.
Candidate fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients .
Applicants should be independent, pro-active, result-driven, market oriented with good communication skills.
Possess strong organizational skills and able to work creatively and effectively with a wide variety of interest group.
