Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients in need of branding, website development, and digital marketing services. Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients and expand our customer base. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their business objectives. Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals. Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiate contracts with prospective clients. Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors. Utilize this knowledge to identify opportunities for growth and provide insights to the team. Collaboration: Work closely with the creative, development, and marketing teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction. Provide feedback and insights to help improve our service offerings. Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales metrics, including lead conversion rates, sales performance, and client feedback. Use CRM tools to manage and document sales activities. Qualifications:
Experience: Proven experience as a Sales Consultant or in a similar sales role, preferably within the branding, web development, or digital marketing industry. Skills: Strong understanding of branding, website development, and digital marketing concepts. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Customer Focus: Ability to understand client needs and deliver customized solutions. Strong customer service orientation and ability to build lasting relationships. Self-motivated: Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required. Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
