Sales Support:
1) Assisting the sales team with administrative tasks such as preparing quotation, key in new orders in system, communicate with supplier.
Customer Relations:
2) Handling customer inquiries, providing product information, and ensuring customer satisfaction
Skills & Qualifications:
3) Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar role.
4) Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
5) Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
6) Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
7) Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
8) Problem-solving attitude and a proactive approach to challenges.
