Key Responsibilities: Product Knowledge & Support: Understand company products and brands to assist supervisors and sales managers in developing product listings, channel strategies, and operational plans. Purchase Ordering & Stock Monitoring: Support purchase ordering and monitor outlet-level stock, tracking the 3-month rolling forecast to maintain a healthy supply. Reporting & Analysis: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports on sales simulations, budget plans, and daily sales operations activities. Compile and analyze monthly sales reports to assess outlet-level performance and inform future strategies. Coordination & Collaboration: Work with retail promoter associates to manage POSM and POP requests and distribution. Collaborate with the new product development team to ensure compliance with client specifications. Sales Materials Management: Maintain and supply sales presentation materials for buyers on new product listings. Data Analysis: Analyze customer shopping data to optimize sales strategies and identify potential customers. Performance Tracking: Monitor the quotas and goals of each sales promoter with established KPIs. Administrative Duties: Handle daily admin tasks, including entering order information, maintaining sales and customer records, and managing outstanding orders. Coordinate promoter training and scheduling sessions. Logistics Liaison: Liaise with the logistics department to ensure timely deliveries. Event Participation: Assist in preparing and executing roadshows and product launch events with the sales team. Responsibilities Breakdown: 70% Overall Sales Management and Administrative Work 20% Collaborative Work with the Marketing Team 10% Client and Customer Relationship Management Requirements: Minimum diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. Preferably 2 years of experience in a sales coordinator or similar role. 1 and a half year can be considered.
