Sales Coordinator/Executive Assistant

Details of the offer

-To assist the sales person to arrange, handle and coordinate sales activities.


-Ability to prepare quotations for clients and ensure that the quoted items conform to specified requirements.


-Follow up on quotations and sales lead.


-Prepare Sales Order, Delivery Order, Invoice and customers' delivery coordination.


-Handling customers' complaint and problems.


-Maintaining good customer relationship, able to respond efficiently to customers' enquiries.


-Assist sales department in maintaining current customers and developing new customers


-Assist in preparing departmental report and record and filing.


-Assist to do and maintain the regular customer document


-Handle any other tasks assigned by superior from time to time.

-Candidates must possess at least a SPM/ "O" Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/A-Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Business Studies/Administration/ Management or equivalent.


-Fresh graduates will be considered.


-Good interpersonal and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.


-Strong verbal and communication skills.


-Experience as a sales coordinator or in administration may be advantageous.


-Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude.


-Computer literate with good knowledge in MS Office.
