Job Responsibilities:
Verify and endorse purchase orders and process sales orders
Administration duties such as general filing, logistics documentations & shipments arrangement with local & overseas forwarders
Coordinating with the logistics or shipping department to ensure timely delivery of orders;
Ensuring effective communication and coordination between various departments involved in the sales process.
Perform other related duties as required from time to time
Qualifications:
Candidates must possess at least SPM or Diploma or related discipline
Minimum 2 years' experience in administration and sales coordination
Knowledge & experience in AutoCount system, logistics documentations & shipments arrangement with local & overseas forwarders is an added advantages
Strategic thinking, proactive, self-motivated, creative and be a team player
Good interpersonal skills and meticulous
Good attention to details and organizing skills
Proficient in verbal and written in English/Bahasa and Mandarinto be able to process sales orders and interact with customers effectively
Additional Requirements:
Proficient in spoken and written Chinese, English, and Bahasa.
Experience in manufacturing is advantage
