About the role

As a Sales Coordinator at BOX WORLD SDN BHD, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's sales team.
What you'll be doing Key Responsibilities: Issue sales orders using our computer system.Verify pricing, items, quantities, and delivery dates before processing orders to the warehouse.Coordinate the delivery of goods to customers Serve as the primary liaison between logistics, warehouse, sales team, customers, and the accounts department to resolve issues such as:Sales telemarketingIncorrect deliveriesShort deliveriesCustomer rejections upon deliveryCustomer data updates and agent account changesReview customer invoices and debit notes with supporting documents for account department processing.Maintain organized filing systems for sales invoices and credit notes.Issue memo notes and arrange the collection of returned goods from the logistics department.Print call cards and inventory reports for the sales team as needed.Qualifications: Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Proficiency in using computer systems for order processing.Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.What We Offer: Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional growth and development.A supportive and collaborative work environment.
