Job DescriptionThe Sales Coordinator we are looking for fully assists the Sales team as the bridge and coordinator on all sales-related matters and activities. He or she is responsible for achieving sales and marketing objectives on deadline together with the sales representative. This person should be responsible, optimistic, and outgoing, providing effective and accurate communication regarding project/sales information between sales, factory, clients, and the project team. Maturity and confidence in presenting solutions to client business needs are appreciated.
Job RequirementsTo do paperwork and analysis for sales activities.
Assist with determination of project requirements.
Accountable for all sales-related paperwork (quotation, proposal, report).
Effective communication skills including verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Good analytical, time management, planning, and self-management skills.
Maturity and confidence in presenting solutions to clients' business needs.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Mandarin will be an added advantage.
Experience in sales/admin/furniture related.
Willing to travel within Malaysia.
