Key Responsibilities
Lead Management & Client Communication:
Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via email, WhatsApp, and social media platforms.
Capture, manage, and track leads, ensuring timely follow-ups and updates.
Quotation & Proposal Preparation:
Collaborate with the Outdoor Sales Team and Project Manager to gather site visit feedback.
Prepare and issue accurate, detailed quotations and proposals based on client specifications and project needs.
Site Visit Coordination & Feedback Management:
Coordinate site visits with the Outdoor Sales Team and Project Manager.
Ensure all feedback is gathered post-visit and communicated to the team for timely and accurate proposal generation.
Incentives for Site Visits: You may be required to attend site visits if the Outdoor Sales Team is unavailable. Incentives will be provided for these visits, along with petrol and toll allowances.
Assist the Outdoor Sales Team in closing sales by providing necessary documentation, quotations, and proposals.
Keep communication consistent with the Project Manager to ensure project timelines and requirements are met.
Social Media & Marketing:
Assist in creating and distributing email marketing campaigns.
Engage with potential clients through social media, capturing leads and promoting services.
Coordination and Technical Support:
Assist with Quantity Surveying (QS) and AutoCAD tasks as needed to support project proposals and documentation.
Requirements
Educational Background:
A diploma in Business, Marketing, Quantity Surveying, AutoCAD, or a related field.
Experience:
At least 1-2 years of experience in sales coordination, project management, or a related field.
Experience in managing client inquiries, issuing quotations, and coordinating with sales teams is preferred.
Skills:
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
QS and AutoCAD knowledge is a plus.
Ability to multitask and work effectively under tight deadlines.
Compensation:
Base Salary: RM2,500 per month with Commission:
Project sales commission based on closed sales.
Additional bonus for achieving sales targets.
Incentives for Site Visits: If required to attend site visits, petrol and toll expenses will be reimbursed, along with an incentive for the visit.
Quarterly Incentive: Based on payment collections from completed projects.
Yearly Bonus: Performance-based bonus.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Timely and accurate issuance of quotations and proposals.
Effective communication and coordination with the Outdoor Sales Team and Project Manager.
Achievement of monthly sales targets and project goals.
Successful lead conversion and client engagement.
