Sales Coordinator

Assist Sales / Marketing Manager / Executive in all matters pertaining to Sales & Marketing Department.- To prepare all documentation pertaining to Sales.- Handle and follow up with quotations, order, customers' enquiries, packaging, jobsheet artwork, payment and etc.- To monitor and update the sales status for management reference.- To maintain customers database.- To assist sales person to receive call from customers, listdown message for order, and stock delivery to customers.- Ensure all documentation, correspondence, report and etc are filed accordingly and in order.- To handle any ad-hoc duties as and when required by management.- At least 1 year of working experience in similar capacity.- A team player.- Resourcefulness is an essential skills for problem solving and exercise good judgement.- Self-motivated, pro-active, organized and sense of responsibilities.- Responsible & positive working attitude.- Possess own transport.- Applicants must be willing to work in Sitiawan, Perak.
