Sales Coordinator

Job Responsibilities: • Answering inquiries through multiplechannels and media venues while maintainingexcellent customer service. • Helping potentialcustomers customize and configure computer system sales by providing upgrades and/orup-selling solutions that best fit the customer's needs andensures the order is completed. • Maintainingfollow-up and positive customer relations throughout the entire order and after-sales serviceprocesses. • Problem Solving – Identifies andresolves problems in a timely manner; Gathers and analyzesinformation skillfully; Develops alternative solutions; Works well in group problem solvingsituations. • Technical Skills – Assesses ownstrengths and weaknesses; Pursues training anddevelopment opportunities; Strives to continuously build knowledge and skills; Shares expertisewith others. • Customer Service – Manages difficultor emotional customer situations; Responds promptly tocustomer needs; Solicits customer feedback to improve service; Responds to requestsfor service and assistance; Meets commitments.
