Sales Coordinator

Responsibilities:- To prepare and follow up on quotations sent to CustomersTo process purchase orders and issue sales order to Planning Department.To expedite status of orders to ensure delivery dates are met on time.To liaise with other Departments to ensure customer requirements are met.To respond to any online or telephone queries in a calm and friendly mannerTo respond to complaints from customers within a timely mannerTo liaise with Customers on Delivery and OrdersOther ad hoc duties related duties assigned by immediate superior. Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English and Preference Mandarin speaking as need to liaise with CustomerAt least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Applicants must be willing to work in Prai.Capable to work with others as a team , responsible , multitasker, meticulous, organized and able to work independently in a fast pace environmentExperience working in a company with an ERP systemPreferably Junior Executives specializing in Sales - Corporate or equivalent.Full-Time position(s) available.5 working days.
