ResponsibilitiesTo perform files and document updating to respective country.
To maintain and prepare paperwork to ensure proper filing and storage of it.
Handle goods shipment arrangement to our foreign customer:
Check balance order.
Ready goods.
Issue loading list for goods loading.
Prepare invoice, packing list, sales contract & other relevant documents.
To liaise with courier service for goods and document delivery arrangement to respective country and follow up for delivery status.
To coordinate with production department to ensure goods are ready for delivery on specific date.
To assist in maintaining customer relationships by email company introduction, introducing products, and special promotions.
To prepare product samples for sales personnel.
Handle sales personnel or relevant party inquiries via email.
Handle sales personnel inquiries regarding stock availability with store department.
Maintain document filing system for respective country (quotation, commercial invoice, and packing list).
Undertake any other tasks as may be assigned by superior from time to time.
