Sales Coordinator

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Attend to walk-in customer and perform counter services.Negotiation and conclusion of contracts/orders with existing customers.Prepare quotation and sales confirmation for customers.Liaise with production department to ensure execution of contracts/order in timely manner.Prepare local/outstation daily delivery planning based on the delivery requirement.Liaise with transporter for delivery if necessary.Communicate with customer on variation order.Review Order, customer Purchase Order or Contract.Assist the Sales Coordinator and Logistic Executive on all matters as and when required.ACADEMIC, EXPERIENCE & SKILL REQUIREMENTS SPM or above2 years related experience in sales or marketingKnowledge in Microsoft Excel and computer literates
