Requirement
Working experience (1 or 2 years workingexperience) is preferred.Proficient in Englishand Bahasa Malaysia, both written andspoken.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel.Powerpoint, Outlook, Words).Any other ad-hocduties assigned by the superior.Well-organizedand responsible with an aptitude inproblem-solving.Responsibility
Responsiblefor providing full support and coordination to assist sales teamfor day-to-day sales activities.Managecontracts / agreements / pricing related to operationaltasks.Coordinate sales team by managingschedules, filing important documents and communicating relevantinformation.Work and follow-up closely withlogistic & warehouse department to ensure up-to-dateplanning and operations to meet delivery deadlines and salestarget.Responsible for processing sales ordersand delivery orders accordingly.Responsiblefor the administration and support of sales & marketingactivities.Prepare relevant sales reports asand when required to superior.Monitoring salesenquiries & maintain all the customer databaserecord.Manage and resolve daily operationalissues.Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by thesuperior.
