Role Overview
The Sales Coordinator has extensive interaction with our Customers, ensuring that both our Customers and Sales Team are continuously supported. As Phoon Huat's client-facing order specialist, this role provides backend support to facilitate strong relationships and generate revenue for Phoon Huat. This is a fast-paced role, ideal for someone who is highly organized, loves details and wants to exceed expectations. Sales Coordinators responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, order processing, troubleshooting and problem solving, tracking, sales support, training, and other assigned activities.
Responsibilities: Receive and process purchase orders Handle order-related and other queries from customers, through both email and whatsapp Verify orders, including customers' personal information and payment details Issue sales transaction invoices and fulfil customer's billing requirements Maintain and update sales and customer records Direct feedback from customers to relevant departments Coordinate and work with internal stakeholder(s) to resolve daily issues and provide solutions Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested What you will need to succeed Able to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines Positive attitude and friendly disposition Problem-solving skills Ability to coordinate tasks across multiple teams and departments, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration to achieve common goals Must-Haves :
Education: Diploma/Degree in any field Experience: Minimum 2 years of work experience in sales coordinator or administration in FMCG industry. IT Literacy: familiarity with Microsoft Suite, especially Excel & Outlook Language Skills: Able to read, write and speak English at a professional level Required to work on 5.5 days, alternate Sat (Work From Home) Good-to-Haves: Language Skills: Able to read, write and speak Mandarin Chinese at a professional level to liaise with Mandarin speak customer who originate from ChinaExperience with ERP software: SAP, Oracle etc. Experience with Order Management / Ticketing Systems: Freshdesk, Salesforce etc. Experience with Customer's 3PL software: Ezyprocure, Zeemart, FutureLog etc. Certifications/Experience with Data Tools: Microsoft Excel etc.
