Sales Coordinator

Job description:
Provide administration support in day to day operation of the Sales and Project Dept.Assist in project tenders including tender compilation and submission. Lead the application and renewal of products approval from the relevant Government authorities and certification bodies.Responsible for logistics arrangement for incoming goods including Customs clearance and haulage delivery of goods to site.Communicate with clients, principle and suppliers on deliveries, correspondences and insurance matters.Prepare invoices, delivery orders, packing list and insurance for goods in transit. Assist in exhibition including preparation work, attending the exhibition and closing event. Assist in filing and updating of administration record.Any ad-hoc task assigned by the Head of Department.Requirement:
Candidate with an Advance/Higher Diploma in Business Studies/Administration or equivalent.Preferably with 1 to 2 year working experience in a similar capacity. Fresh graduate will also be considered.Must be proficient using Microsoft Office Excel and Word. Must be able to communicate well in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.Candidates with experience in other field such as Logistics, Information Technology or Purchasing will have an added advantage.
