About the role

We are seeking for a self-driven and motivated Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team at CHOON KEONG ENTERPRISE SDN BHD in Bandar Bukit Raja, Klang, Selangor. As a full-time Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team efforts in contributing to the overall success of the company.
What you'll be doing Coordinate and execute sales activities, including order processing, customer inquiries, and order fulfillmentLiaise and follow up with customers to provide goods top up service and keep track of customers' stock inventoryAssist the sales team in preparing sales order, packing order and delivery arrangementMaintain accurate records and data related to sales activities, including reporting and analysisCollaborate with other departments, such as logistics and finance, to ensure smooth operation of the sales processIdentify and pursue new sales opportunities to drive business growthStay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activitiesWhat we're looking for Experience in a sales coordination or customer service role, preferably in the Sales industryStrong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and team membersExcellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectivelyProficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality workAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
