Job DescriptionThe candidate will be working directly under the Sales Director:
Assisting and maintaining the preparation of sales presentations and materials including quotations, paperwork, slides, and brochures to ensure accuracy and completeness of sales paperwork and records.
Coordinating meetings for the Sales Director.
Promptly responding to customer feedback emails and handling customer inquiries and complaints.
Organizing and managing project documents such as IPC, purchase orders, and invoices.
Developing and maintaining knowledge of commonly sold products, customers, and administrative processes.
Maintaining the sales database.
Maintaining a proper filing system.
Job RequirementsCandidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in marketing, business administration, or similar.
Required skills: computer literacy, MS Word & Excel, good communication skills, excellent written and verbal communication.
Applicants must be willing to work in the office. No travel needed.
Applicants should be Malaysian citizens.
