RequirementsPossessed a minimum of SPM & Diploma qualification.
At least 1 year of working experience in the Sales Admin & Customer Services field will be an added advantage.
The candidate should be able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Language proficiency: Well-spoken and written English with the desired skill in spoken Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
Fresh graduates or experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Proficiency in both spoken and written Mandarin is required.
ResponsibilitiesSupporting the Sales Team in creating quotations.
Following up with clients regarding previously sent quotations and business proposals.
Coordinating with suppliers to obtain the latest price lists and documenting them in OneDrive for the sales team's reference.
Assist the sales and marketing manager in managing customer relationship management (CRM) applications.
Collaborate with the sales team to create sales presentation decks, incorporating their specific instructions and product knowledge.
Arranging sales meetings and site visits.
Assisting the Sales Team in all aspects of matters.
