Sales Coordinator

1.? ?To assist superior in handling all Sales Support function under Sales and Marketing Department relating to all projects.
2.? ?Ensure all sales documents are complete and accurately input to our company property system.
3.? ?Ensure all sales transactions are timely recorded into master control tracking report.
4.? ?To work closely and coordinate with Sales Team and Sales Admin Team on all matters in relation to sales conversion.
5.? ?Timely submission of sales staff and property agents' sales commission.
6.? ?To attend to customers' queries and work closely with other departments to resolve issues.
7.? ?To assist superiors in preparing weekly, monthly and quarterly report to management.
8.? ?Any and all other duties as and when assigned from time to time by superiors.

; Requirements:- 1.? ?Candidate must possess at least a SPM/ STPM/ A Level/ Diploma/ Degree in any discipline.
2.? ?At least 1-year experience in similar industry i.e., Customer Service/ Property Management/ Real Estate/ Property Developer.
3.? ?FRESH GRADUATES are encouraged to apply.
4.? ?Proficient in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
